Course Materials

Purchasing Course Materials:

The IVCC Bookstore has partnered with eCampus as the distributor of course materials to our students. Please follow these instructions to order:

  1. With a copy of your schedule, go to ivcc.ecampus.com.
  2. Select Shop by Schedule.
  3. Log In to your account with your IVCC student email and password.  Do not use a private email or you will not receive updates about the status of your order. 
  4. Select the Term you are attending.
  5. Choose Find Materials for # Courses.
  6. Choose the item(s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart. Please read information carefully. Watch for highlighted lines which are special messages for those course materials.
  7. If you need to return books to eCampus within the first 30 days of class, choose the link on their home page: Return for a Refund.
  8. If you need further assistance, please call 815-224-0311 and someone will assist you.
  9. Course Materials Returns Policy - All Course Materials purchased from eCampus are subject to their returns policy. If you have questions about eCampus Returns Policy, call their customer service number at 859-209-6958 or email bookstore@ecampus.com.
  10. Buyback and Rental Return.  Students can return textbooks and rentals directly to eCampus.  Look for links on the home page: Sell My Books or Return Rentals.  The IVCC Bookstore will also accept textbook rentals during advertised days during final exams.

 

Ottawa Center Pick Up

If you are taking courses at the Ottawa Center, you can have your course materials delivered to the center at no charge.  Once you receive your email saying your shipment is available for pickup, please call 815-224-0311 to inform us that you want your shipment sent to Ottawa Center. Currently, shipments are delivered to the Ottawa Center on Wednesdays and will be available after 2:00pm.
