DLH 2215 Community Dental Health
This course presents concepts of health education and promotion, community dental health, and public health dentistry. Students gain background knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of community oral health programs. Field experience in selected social settings permits student participation in community health care planning. Prerequisite: This course is part of a Limited Admissions Program; registration in this course requires admission to the program.
