How FACTS/TouchNet Works
Using TouchNet is simple. Information for enrolling online is provided below. You may budget your tuition and fees one of two ways.
Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) - ACH payments are those payments you have authorized TouchNet to process directly with your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have preapproved for your expenses at Illinois Valley Community College. Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account.
Credit Card Option - Many students and families have requested the option of charging their monthly tuition payment to Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. This enables you to take advantage of various bonus programs offered by your credit card company. If you select to use this option, your monthly payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the fifth of each month.
NOTE: Should an automatic bank payment or credit card payment be missed, a $30 missed payment fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified of the missed payment by TouchNet.
