Early Childhood Education Licensure Endorsement Certificate

What Follows is the Program Outline.

If you have already earned the Professional Educator License (PEL), through a university/ISBE, you can get the ECE Endorsement through IVCC by taking the following classes and passing the ECE Content Area Exam.  Students go through their ELIS account and apply for the endorsement.  ISBE will issue a deficiency letter identifying which content areas are missing and then we can advise into the courses with those deficient content areas.
