HPE 1020 Physical Fitness I
This course is designed for the student desiring to reach a beginning level of fitness. Emphasis is placed on three areas of physical fitness: strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Each student must attend an orientation session at the beginning of the class. Each student's level of fitness will be evaluated through a pre-and-post-physical fitness assessment. Prerequisite: None.
HPE 1001 cannot be taken concurrently with this course.
