DLA 1229 Medical Emergencies in The Dental Office

This course will prepare students to recognize and manage medical emergencies in the dental office or clinic. It will prepare students to create action plans for anticipating and responding to common medical emergencies that could save a patient's life. Prerequisites: Admission to the Dental Assisting Program and DLA 1209.
